And with that little insight, ActewAGL's Downlight Upgrade Program was born. After three weeks on air it became the company's most successful promotion. Ever.

The campaign also won an Australian Marketing Institute award for Integrated Marketing Effectiveness and, due to its success, was extended for another year, with two additional TVC's and a version for businesses. You can gander at them down the bottom of the page.
