A very contagious campaign.

Babylon by TELUS Health is a revolutionary app that lets Canadians video chat with a doctor — for free. It’s pretty rad. And we wanted to promote this unexpectedly good app in an unexpected way.

So to spread the message of anywhere healthcare, we spread a flu. To other ads.

We created a trio of seemingly normal ads, for unrelated products, that had only one thing in common: they all got sick. From not-so-static posters in malls to product ads in cinemas, our faux spots invaded media as a reminder that the flu can be anywhere. And luckily, now a doctor can be too.

This was a great creative challenge that really pushed the TELUS brand into totally new territory. One of those rare, super fun jobs that allowed us to embrace clichés and explore all kinds of different tones, styles, props and designs. The client loved it.

A week later, Covid-19 happened.
